CONCEPT DESIGN
SCRACE ARCHITECTS recognise that good levels of communication are important to provide you with the reassurance you need along your journey. Subject to your level of experience the team are here to walk you hand in hand through the complexities of your building project. The Concept Design stage typically encompasses a Feasibility Study, Options Appraisal and Pre-application.
PLANNING
Establishing a programme, budget and ambitions early on is important in monitoring a project’s success. Following the determination of a preferred option and draft budget we move on to liaising with local and trusted builders and specialists to assess viability.
DETAILED DESIGN
Coordination of information, trades, costs and professionals at this stage enables a smoother transition of your project to site. In order to get the best outcome for your project we collaborate with a variety of well-known consultants and contractors.
CONSTRUCTION
Work begins on site following the successful agreement of a tender, programme and contract. The appointed contractor will work with the design team and client to clarify any outstanding issues. Depending on the level of service and competency of a contractor daily correspondence is not uncommon.
