Information from this stage is collated as a tender package to enable a builder to price the proposed work. An architect can advise you on the appropriate form of contract and tender for your project. It is sensible to have plans approval from building control before proceeding to tender.
Subject to market interest and client choice the tender is either negotiated or pitched to a selection of contractors.
