We consult regularly with the Local Authority, Parish Council and other stakeholders to ensure that they have all they need to be reassured that proposals are in accordance with legislation and local requirements.
Investigations are often carried out in respect of ecology, conservation and structure, all of which inform and shape the design. Investing in professional advice at this stage helps identify risks and ensures that there are fewer surprises when the project progresses to construction.
Responding to measured and more detailed information, we will adjust the design to accommodate any constraints resulting from these studies, as well as any minor changes you may wish to make. Taking feedback into account, the design is formalised and drawings developed sufficiently to communicate proposals to the local authority.
