Having practised as a qualified architect for over ten years, TIM SCRACE is well equipped to manage a wide variety of projects. In April 2018, after twenty years in the industry, Tim decided to set up a practice that would made good architecture more accessible. Tim has enjoyed a broad career that helps him adapt quickly to situations. His experience ranges in scale from domestic extensions and houses to listed buildings, rural estates, churches, schools, social housing, offices and strategic masterplans.
